Extreme cold and hot flashes , with dizzyness and headaches.?

Ive had a cold for about two weeks with mucus stuffy nose and throwing up. Ive been betting bad hot flashes for while. Waking up sweaty and just being hot 24/7. I'm getting really bad cold flashes lately though. No amount of blankets or clothes help. I'm 14 & had my period for about 2 years now, so not metapause ( no idea how to spell that. ) .anyone know what this is and how to fix it?
