Hilson or Hillson? (last name)?

I am changing my last name (personal reasons) and I like the last name Hilson but I know you can spell it Hilson and Hillson, which one seems better to you and if I said Hilson was my last name to you, how would you think it was spelt without me telling you? thank you.
