Hi, I need to know how to make a vegan cake that stays light and fluffy after it comes out of the oven........?

There is an egg substitute made with ground flax seed, you just pour boiling water over the meal, stir and allow to cool, then strain out the meal it looks like a gooey mess but is all natural aid in the cakes airiness, do not beat an eggless cake to long as that deflates it, make sure to bake it slightly less than a none vegan type, make the recipe as stated and for the liquid add the flax meal liquid.
