Need epilepsy help please?

I have epilepsy i had 3 grandm ls like 6 months ago im on medicine know they dont know what kind i have tho. Lately iv been getting these weird spells were ill be sitting like normal then out of the blue ill go deaf out of one of my ears and ill suddenly freak out and jump up and start running for no reasone i get this dejavou feeling in my head along with the sound of a tv of as raidio its like a fuzzy dound it my head with a extreme fear could this be a seizure.
