Im suffering from depression...help?

over the weekend, my father and i were snorkeling in the indian ocean. we were having a great time, but all of a sudden, a frilled shark came out of nowhere and ate him! I am now suffering from severe depression over the loss of my father. Any time for how to recover? :( :( :(
